XIV century villa in a dominant position overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The ground floor consists of dining room and staircase leading to the first floor and equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (two with double bed and two with twin beds), and two family bathrooms with a shower. Outside is a large beautiful 200sqm garden and sheltered pool side dining area with stunning mountain and countryside views.
The property is equipped with a pellet stove, and the cost for its usage will be settled in cash on-site, calculated based on consumption of pellet bags. Travel Crib and High chair available on request.
The tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6 nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the property owner.
The house heating is 60 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
