Villa il Forte is on one of the avenues perpendicular to the sea in Forte dei Marmi, in a quiet area, a few meters from the Tennis Club. 6 bedrooms, including 2 with AC, 3 bathrooms. Large terrace, porch for dining, lovely garden, new kitchen, 4 bicycles.You will be charged a fee of E 0.35 per Kwh for electricity in cash upon consumption according to the meter.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is perhaps the best in Forte dei Marmi because of its extreme convenience: You are exactly 500 mtr from a large, new supermarket that offers fresh produce and everything you need, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes by bike the nearest Bagno is Onda marina 1, restaurants trattorias and pizzerias are all a stone's throw away, and very close to the Tennis Club. The Piazzetta del Forte è at 10-minute bike ride.
