Villa Il Giulione is located in Trevinano, Tuscany. This detached vacation rental property sleeps up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is a two-story traditional stone building with attractive and possessing charm due to its location and gardens.The first floor consists of six bedrooms (four with double bed and ensuite bathrooms and two with twin beds, one with ensuite bathroom).There is a private swimming pool with sunbeds,BBQ area, and private off-road parking. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. Please note that pool towels are available upon request at an additional charge of 5 Euros per towel. The house heating is set at 35 Euros per day paid directly to the owner.
