Splendid villa with swimming pool and patio, surrounded by tall trees and olive trees, bordering the golf course of the Hotel Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort and with a panoramic view of the Etruscan village of Saturnia. The property consists of a central body, an exclusive dependance, swimming pool, and pizza oven. The villa of about 500 square meters offers 7 bedrooms with bathrooms, large living room with home theater, kitchen with open space dining room and a large porch with outdoor furniture. Villa Il Turchetto is affiliated with the Hotel Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort and allows you to access exclusive services at the private Thermal Park and the wellness center of the structure. It is also offered the possibility of organizing bike rides, even accompanied by professional bikers who will make their professionalism and latest generation bicycles available. During the trips you can admire many different landscapes and get to know many places to discover the Maremma, also through the tasting of typical products during various stops at local farms. Finally, Villa Il Turchetto has an organic vegetable garden and an olive grove.
The Hotel Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort bordering on the land has been opened on March 2008. Within a walking distance there are all the facilities of the Saturnia Spa Resort (wellness centre, beauty farm, 37 degrees hot open air spring sulphur water pool, therapeutic massages and beauty treatments). The ancient Etrusan village of Saturnia is located in the heart of Tuscan Maremma, in the province of Grosseto. It is nowadays an interesting site which offers, in its surroundings, a wide selection of both high quality restaurants and typical eating houses. The villa is located a few kilometres from the village. The 37 degrees hot sulphur spring waters that flow into the open pool are worldwide known for their countless healthy properties. A few hundred meters away from the pool the miraculous water forms waterfalls that in the past were used to move an old mill and nowadays provide a pleasant natural massage for the whole body. Tours in the Etruscan territory towards Sovana, Pitigliano and Sorano are really interesting for their art, archaeology and also for handicraft, wine and gastronomy.
