YOUR HOLIDAY VILLA IN SARDINIA NEAR THE BEACH Designed to fully enjoy the outdoors, Villa Isuledda Prestige is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with sunbeds, outdoor shower and barbecue area. The view from the terrace will leave you speechless: you will see the Tavolara and Molara islands, a protected area that testifies to the uniqueness of the Sardinian landscape. From here you can decide to go to San Teodoro (the centre is 2.5 km away) or enjoy this glimpse of paradise in total privacy. Villa Isuledda Prestige can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Reserved parking spaces are available for guests arriving by car.

Neighbourhood information

San Teodoro is home to the most glorious beaches of the Gallura, the north-eastern region of the island, with their shallow waters, ideal for children, well-equipped amenities and spectacular coves only reachable along hidden paths. Just opposite the town lies the Tavolara marine preserve where the islands environmental heritage is protected extremely well to maintain the biodiversity that characterises this area of coastline.
