A quiet 50 sq m guesthouse, surrounded by greenery and featuring a garden. Located in a quiet area, close to the main beaches and the town center. Private parking is available on the property. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, and outdoor space. The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, TV; - KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and necessary kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM with bathtub, toilet, and bidet; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - OUTDOOR AREA with table, chairs, and umbrella. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only one split unit in the hallway connecting the living room to the bedroom), washing machine. PLEASE NOTE: - Please note that there is a fairly steep, unpaved road leading to the accommodation. Proceed slowly if arriving by car, and take this into consideration if traveling with children or guests with reduced mobility. - IMPORTANT: The outdoor area of ​​the accommodation is not for the exclusive use of guests, as it is a passageway for the owners who live in the house a few meters away. - Please note that there is only one split air conditioning unit in the corridor connecting the living room to the bedroom (but each room cools down easily in a short time). - Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This means that we provide them only upon request, in which case we personally proceed with the rental from a professional facility (ILVA Industrial Laundry, Rio Marina) and at check-in we will present the invoice so as to proceed with the payment for the rental. If you do not wish to use the rental, you can easily bring your own linen.
The apartment is located in a strategic area, very quiet but close to the town center and the main beaches. Main beaches: - Lungomare: 10 minutes on foot; - Frugoso Beach: 5 minutes on foot; - Cala Seregola: 10 minutes by car; - Topinetti Beach: 12 minutes by car. Other distances: - Mahè Restaurant: 15 minutes by foot; - Bar Flam Nur Inin: 12 minutes by foot; - Carrefour Express: 12 minutes by foot.
