Beautiful 3-bedroom villa (fully air conditioned) on the Florentine hills. A haven of peace for friends and families. The property comprises a fully fenced garden and a beautiful swimming pool set among the flowers, for a relaxing stay in Florence. The main terrace is the ideal location to admire the vineyards and olive groves of the surrounding. Villa Le Cipresse has been renovated with top quality materials, home furnishings chosen with great taste in a mix of antique and modern design. It is composed by: Kitchen (completely furnished: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), living room ( satellite TV, internet access, library, bluetooth speaker, dining room, 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathrooms, storage room, garden, courtyard, terrace with BBQ and private parking. Also available; washing machine with washing products, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, heating and fireplace. Outdoor furniture; Sunbeds with pool towels. Florence city center is less than 15 minutes driving.
