Detached house on two levels, built around 1910 in a residential area near the historic center of Fano. A thick, tall hedge separates it from the public road. A driveway gate and a small gate lead to the garden (approximately 200 sq m) with an English lawn and furnished with a wood-burning oven, fireplace, fountains, marble table, umbrella, sun loungers, chairs, and adorned with cypress, laurel, pine, olive, and other trees. The built-up area of ​​the property (approximately 200 sq m) comprises a large hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room with marble floors, study/reception area, bathroom, and garage on the ground floor. 20 steps lead from the hallway to the first floor, which has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large furnished terrace/solarium. The property is occupied by the owner. On the first floor, guests have access to a double bedroom, two junior suites for 1-3 people, and a suite for 1-5 people with an entrance hall, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and large terrace. All units have en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious breakfast room and a well-stocked library. An online "House Book" details the house's operation and provides useful information about the Fano area.

Villa Liberty B&B is situated in a residential neighborhood next to the old town. Nearby there are no shops & services; at about 300 m there are: kiosk, discount food, butchers, fruit and vegetables shop, tobacconist, haberdashery shop, bank, phone shop, computer store, fuel station service; at 500 m: neighborhood shopping center with many shops. Hospital, Pharmacy, Police Station and the Church are 300 meters from Villa Liberty; Stadium and Sports Hall are at about 600 m. Fresh fish in the morning of every working day in the loggia of Piazza Andrea Costa (old town) and at the Fishermen Cooperative “Comarpesca” on Lungomare Adriatico (Sassonia seafront). Traditional street market in the old town on the morning of every Wednesday and Saturday. Historical Annual Fair of St. Bartholomew on 24 August. The antique-market is held in the historic center on the second Sunday of each month and the Saturday before it. Important events are: the Carnival of the Adriatic, Fano Jazz by the Sea, the "Fano of the Caesars", the Rossini Opera Festival (in Pesaro).
