This beautiful villa enjoys a prime location, just 30 meters from the Lido di Colico and a short walk from the lakeshore. Recently renovated both inside and out, it offers modern spaces finished with great attention to detail. The property features a spacious private garden and an exclusive saltwater swimming pool—perfect for relaxing moments. Inside, the villa includes three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a three-quarter bed), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a covered porch ideal for outdoor dining. A private and free parking space is available on the property, and guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout their stay.
Hi, I’m Roberta! I live in Milan, but I’ve always had a special connection with Lake Como, which I find uniquely charming. That’s why I decided to buy my second home in Colico—a place I truly love, perfect for nature walks, whether on foot or by bike. I’m a huge animal lover and share my life with a sweet Golden Retriever, who’s like a child to me and a true member of the family. Professionally, I work as a Sales Manager for a company, but I also devote myself with great passion to hospitality. I love welcoming guests and making them feel completely at home.
