Villa Livia Luxury can accommodate up to fourteen people and is located in Villanuova sul Clisi, not far from Lake Garda. Surrounded by an immense park, this property offers externally the possibility of private parking on site in case you travel with your own vehicle, a swimming pool with barbecue area and a fully equipped dog area; internally it offers a private gym, sauna and a staircase protection gate for children, making it an ideal solution for those travellers looking for complete relaxation. The Villa has every type of comfort and amenity and is divided in three floors: on the ground floor you find the infinity pool with garden and barbecue area. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for those travelers who want to indulge in the kitchen. On the same floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds (each with three beds) and three bathrooms. The upper floor offers a double sofa bed and a fitness area with gym and sauna directly connected to the private terrace, a lovely place where to spend the summer evenings with friends.
