The Villa is furnished in a modern style and features exquisite parquet flooring. The Villa consists of a living area, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 Suites, a panoramic terrace, a garden, and private parking. ● LIVING AREA Refined, modern, and bright living area equipped with comfortable sofas, a modern TV, and an elegant fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is a spacious dining room with a large table and large windows overlooking the garden. ● KITCHEN New and very modern kitchen with an island equipped with all utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove. ● 3 FULL BATHROOMS 3 very elegant full bathrooms equipped with complete sanitary facilities. One bathroom has a refined shower box while another has an elegant and luxurious whirlpool tub. ● 3 SUITES All 3 Suites are very elegant, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable Queen-Size bed, a TV, and a large wardrobe to store all your personal belongings. ● OUTDOOR SPACES Finally, we have a fantastic panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Marche hills, the sea, and the Sibillini Mountains. The Villa also features a fantastic garden and private parking.
