Pompeian source and entrepreneur in the footwear industry, I decided, with my family, to start a new adventure in the tourism sector. We took, therefore, over an old building and restoring it completely, we have created our dream calling Villa Magiola.

Property information

The structure, subject of recent modernization work, has been equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay a few meters from the main entrances to the archaeological city. The rooftop terrace directly overlooking the excavations presents a broad view of the Sorrento Peninsula and on the chain of Lattari Mountains. Inside the apartments we have been organized according to a principle of flexibility to meet any accommodation requirements; through an articulation of internal distributions, in fact, you can have a choice of square footage that can develop from the single-room apartments that can hold up to even groups of 8 people. With its 8 mini apartments, Villa Magiola, can offer a pleasant stay for up to 34 people. Each solution provides, however, to have its own functional autonomy, both of the toilets that cooking, allowing for a complete stay for both short and long periods. Neighbourhood information

The territory of Pompeii, bordering the neighboring towns of Boscoreale, Scafati, Torre Annunziata, Castellammare di Stabia and Maria Charity, includes an area of about 1192 hectares. Post the slopes of Vesuvius, on the southern slope to 14 m. height above sea level, Pompeii is a religious and tourist center of global interest for the simultaneous presence of a vast archaeological heritage unique in the world and the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary: one, reached annually by millions of enraptured visitors by the charm of the disinterred city, the other, of foltissimi pilgrimage. It became an independent municipality on March 29, 1928 with a population at the time of about 7000 people, in 1930 obtained the concession of the civic coat of arms and the Municipal Banner with special RR. DD and, recently, with Presidential Decree 9.1.2004 was awarded the "City" of the title.
