La villa, di recente costruzione, è completamente rivestita in pietra ed è circondata da muretti a secco tipici del posto. Gli spazi interni, climatizzati, sono divisi in soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere triple entrambe con letto matrimoniale e lettino, due bagni completi con doccia più divano letto 2 posti in soggiorno. Il soggiorno con volta a botte e scaffalatura a muro è ampio, luminoso e in buona parte rivestito in “carparo”. Confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli arredato con un tavolo centrale con sedie correlate, divano, tv . L’angolo cottura è provvisto di un molto capiente frigo , forno, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, cucina completa di tutte le stoviglie e tutto ciò che serve per la preparazione dei pasti. Una delle due camere è servita da un bagno mentre l’altro è comune a tutti gli ambienti. La casa villa è dotata di lavatrice ad uso esclusivo. All’esterno caratteristici muretti a secco perimetrano la zona; una piscina di notevoli dimensioni arricchisce lo spazio circostante esaltandone la bellezza. La villa ha un patio con grande zona barbecue lavello in pietra zona appoggio tutto l'occorrente per la grigliata. Nella zona retrostante, vi è un angolo doccia esterno e caratteristico. La villa può ospitare al massimo 8 persone.
La posizione della villa è particolarmente privilegiata. Pescoluse si trova sulla costa ionica del basso Salento, in una zona vicino ai famosi lidi sabbiosi quali: "Maldive del Salento" "Le 5 vele" ecc... L’estesa spiaggia è caratterizzata da sabbia finissima e acqua cristallina. La località offre parco giochi per bambini, parcheggi, negozi di souvenir e un’ampia scelta di ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e locali notturni. Distante poco meno di 8 km da Santa Maria di Leuca. La marina è servita dalla litoranea e dalla strada statale 274, strade che permettono di raggiungere comodamente tutte le altre rinomate località limitrofe come Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo ma anche interessanti borghi con alto valore storico artistico come Patù, Salve, Presicce, Alessano e Specchia. La villetta fronte mare è immersa nel verde e assume una posizione tale da consentire riservatezza e tranquillità.
