This is an undetached villa, with separated garden and entrance. The gate is electric and inside the property there is space to park one car. The villa has 3 floors, the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floors. At ground floor there is one sofa bed and one small bathroom.
My name is Maurizio, I'm a family father. I was born in Fregene and I grew up here too. During your stay, I will be happy to help in case of necessity.
The villa is located in a quiet area, 100m from the beach. In 5minutes-by-walking distance there are commercial activities such as: bars, restaurants, ice-cream shop, grocery, pharmacy, beauty-centre, tobacco shop etc. Fregene is a famous coastal town among romans, who love to come here during summer and enjoy its breathtaking sunsets and entertaining venues. You'll experience an unforgettable time in Fregene!
