Property information

Single villa, completely renovated with superior furnishing in 2017. For your comfort the villa offers one master room with queen size bed, one guest room with twin single beds that can form a double bed, one convertible sofa in the living room with more two beds. There are two Italian style bathrooms, two showers (one interior and the other exterior) and a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room you will find a convertible sofa and a LCD TV. free Wifi, Air conditioning is available in every room. Outside you'll enjoy your meals and breakfast under a terrace, beside the villa there is a barbecue with grill. Four parking places in the private court. Garden of 2000qm of mediterranean style created by our architects. The green gives a private access to a white sand creek with crystal shallow waters, ideal for kids. The property is ideal for an holiday in full privacy and privilege, surrounded by nature, far from the city that is 10 minutes away by car.

Exceptional property with direct access to the sea, superior privacy, natural surroundings of excellent value. The property is located in a residential seaside area, by the sea, far from busy streets. No traffic or smog. Spectacular night view on the stars of the Milky Way. The property can be reached by bus from Tortolì. Alternatively, the city of Tortolì can be reached in 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. Private transportation is available from and to Cagliari city and airport in dedicated schedules.
