Enchanting beach villa with panoramic views! Enjoy Sardinia's beauties: Villa Nodu Pianu Bianca is a stylish semi-detached house in the exclusive and quietly located Nodu Pianu complex. The tastefully furnished, spacious living rooms lead onto the large panoramic terrace. Here you can enjoy the magnificent sea view of the powerful north-east coast of Sardinia and of the fragrant juniper and olive trees in the garden. Surrounded by evergreen maquis, you then stroll down the beautiful stone stairs to the sea. Good to know: Villa Nodu Pianu Bianca is the southern half of Villa Nodu Pianu Verde. The two halves of the house, which offer sufficient privacy thanks to the sophisticated architectural style, are mirror images and can be easily separated or rented by families who are friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, all windows with sea views. The kitchen is well furnished and has all technical appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine). A wonderful panoramic terrace in front of the living room invites you to linger. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom, the other with two single beds that can also be put together. There is also another bathroom that is accessible from the entrance area. A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where there are another 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. All rooms are spacious and flooded with light, even if they are under the roof. Important notice: A tourist tax is payable in cash on site. Please take this into account when planning your trip.
