Minimum stay 7 nights. In the heart of Greek Salento, in Zollino, in Salento, there is this beautiful villa with swimming pool located on a small hill where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation that this land offers. Located close to the Madonna di Loreto Sanctuary on S.P. Soleto-Martano, not far from the seaside and close to the country of Salento. The villa consists of dwelling on two levels with all vaulted rooms. Specifically it consists of three rooms for a total of six bedrooms tastefully furnished and comfortable beds, a living room with sofa TV translatable into two beds, a kitchen that has a large hob with dishwasher, electric oven and refrigerator and dining table , two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Outside the villa has a living area furnished with large windows from which you can observe all the green areas and the pool. The suitably protected swimming pool with glass and steel fence is served by an external shower adjacent to the structure. The swimming pool will be open from 01/06/2018 to 30/09/2018. The villa has a barbecue with a wood stove and also has small play area for children.
SERVICES INCLUDED - Towels and linen provided on arrival - Consumption and final cleaning - Use of swimming pool EXTRA TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT - Midweek cleaning or daily on request - Change of linen, towels available on request
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, from 7:00 to 9:00, there will be the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool by a gardener who has free access to outdoor spaces. Transfer to / from ports and airports on request.
