Nestled on a beautiful Tuscan hill, Pieve Vecchia is immersed in the countryside from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The outdoor spaces extend over 3,5 hectares of unfenced garden with lawn. Ca.120 meters from the house in a lower position, is the panoramic swimming pool (18x6 meters, 1.20-2.20 depht) with "beach entrance” of 5m2 and solarium with loungers, outdoor shower and 5 sun umbrellas. On the front side of the house there is a terrace with 2 large umbrellas, a table for outdoor meals, a gas barbecue and a wood-burning oven. There is also a smaller terrace, via 4 steps, with a large umbrella and 2 sun loungers. An electric gate leads to the property grounds, where the parking is located. The villa, built on the foundations of a Roman-era building, was restored with attention to the smallest details. The 1st floor is reahable from 2 entrances. One opens onto a parquet floor area, to the left of which there's a double bedroom with fireplace, sofa, safe, and private bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks; 2 steps lead to a double bedroom with a safe, a double bedroom with an additional single bed on a mezzanine floor (accessible via a three-step ladder), a bathroom with shower which is accessed via 4 high steps. From the second entrance, guests can access a bathroom with shower (no bidet) and a laundry room. Via an internal staircase (down 10 steps) guests can reach the gr. floor, consisting in a very well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large dining/living room with TV and a living room with fireplace, both areas characterized by large windows with access onto a panoramic outdoor terrace. From here, an independent outdoor entrance leads to a double bedroom with a French bed, TV, safe, minibar, and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms except the French bedded can be transformed into twin bedrooms. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), all the utilities, baby bed and highchair.
