The Deluxe Villa (360 square meters), has several balconies/terraces, it's suitable for a maximum of 16 guests (12+4). The Villa has two floors, with 6 bedrooms (2 master suites, 2 suits, 1 twin/double and children bedroom) and 6 bathrooms. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. The Villa is furnished with all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home, including 4 air-condition units. The main entrance places you in the large living area, so you and your loved ones can sink into the six comfortable sofas, where you will enjoy the warmth of the beautiful fireplace. Kitchen: the large and beautiful kitchen (30 square meters) can also be accessed from the terrace. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, six-ring gas stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, Espresso coffee maker, blender etc., The kitchen is also linked to the dining room, which is furnished with a spectacularly large table (for 12 people). We have recently constructed another building, located about 400 meters from the Deluxe Villa, with smart and functional Garden Apartment: with 3 bed rooms, suitable for a maximum of 8 guests (6+2).
