Villa Polio was born in 2017, it was built following the most innovative energy efficiency systems. The villa is insulated from the foundations to the roof with innovative products, thus maintaining inside it a comfort superior to the average domestic housing, a real flagship from the construction point of view, thus managing to maintain a comfort temperature both in winter that in summer, reducing consumption to a minimum. It is on two levels, the first floor houses two nice two-room apartments, on the upper floor the host's apartment. Surrounded by greenery and with a large garden, parking in the private driveway. Near the center, a few minutes by bike or car, and the best restaurants in the area and points of interest. it is only 15 minutes by car from the largest ski area in the central south, the altosangro area and 10 minutes from the most famous village of Roccaraso.
