Property information

Wonderful villa by the lake in the municipality of Porto Valtravaglia, only a few steps from the centre. The villa consists of a wide living room with big windows, which allow access to the terrace, a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a workroom with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, outside terrace with whirlpool bath (max. 8 people). The villa also features a private parking place, air conditioning and Bang & Olufsen Hi-Fi system.

Neighbourhood information

Porto Valtravaglia is a beautiful town on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, about six kilometres from Luino. This place is the ideal starting point for excursions and activities. Not only the direct access to the Lage Maggiore is tempting, but also the beautiful village of Porto Valtravaglia with its enchanting view of the Piedmont coast. On request, it is possible to rent an inflatable boat with outboard motor (max. 6 seats) to discover the most characteristic corners of the lake. Luino, with its famous Wednesday market, is worth at least one visit. The area offers very good shopping facilities, a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, so that a holiday here can be spent without worries. There is also a train station in Luino, from where you can start excursions towards Switzerland and Milan. A bus that runs several times a day between Varese and Luino makes a relaxing visit to the provincial capital of Lombardy possible.
