The building is equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, wifi internet connection 100 mbps included, washing machine, dryer, 40-inch LED TV in the living room and bedrooms (26 and 32 inches), hi-fi system, microwave, Allarm, Marble floor in the living room, tile floors in the kitchen, parquet in the bedrooms. Garden is of about 250 square meters
The house is located in Forte dei Marmi Vittoria Apuana area about 900 meters from the sea which can be easily reached in 5 min using the bike. The nearest supermarket is 600 mt in the center of Vittoria Apuana where there are also the most useful services. For golf enthusiasts, the camp is located approximately 1 km. The Town center is at 1700 mt that you can easly reach in 10 min using a bike The Beach: One of the first beach resorts in Italy Forte Dei Marmi is very popular among the rich and beautiful people. People from around the world, especially from Milan, Russia, Florence and Germany, flock to Forte Dei Marmi to enjoy the sand and sun among other things that the city has to offer. The fine sand and the calm and clean waters of the beach make it an ideal place for children and one of the best in Europe. The beach has several club houses, which offer sun bathing decks and other amenities to their guests. You can choose to play in the water, or just enjoy watching the kids play and relax. Shop and Market: Forte Dei Marmi is a shopper’s paradise. Apart from the exclusive boutique showrooms or “Made in Italy” tags, it is also famous for its flea markets.
