CIN: IT063044C2JY7GR2N3 Stunning light and airy property. Located in Massa Lubrense a few minutes from the sea with a view of the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The property is divided over two levels. On the ground floor it is equipped with a large entrance hall with a living room of approximately 100 m2 and a panoramic terrace, satellite TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Going up the characteristic stairs of this house we can find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub, divided in this way: large corridor for access to the second terrace, first bedroom with double bed with window overlooking the sea and the island of Capri and French window for access to the terrace, second bedroom with double bed plus a single bed with double balcony, also with access to the terrace on Capri, and finally third bedroom with French bed with window overlooking the mountains and parking... The house is characterized by its historic and ancient style, an isolated and quiet place in the Sorrento peninsula. The villa boasts a private entrance with ample space for car parking, has free wifi, sheets, private parking, and everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the wonderful coast! The guest will be assisted for any eventuality, we will be able to organize tours, transfers, taxis, excursions with charters for visits to the islands: Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi and much more....

Villa Rosanna is located in Massa Lubrense, facing the enchanting scenery of the Gulf of Naples and a few steps from the center of Sorrento. Massa Lubrense is a charming country town with the characteristic of being opposite Capri, a few minutes from Sorrento and very close to both the Amalfi Coast and the beauties of Pompei, Herculaneum and Vesuvius! Massa Lubrense is also famous for its cuisine, in fact it has a considerable number of starred restaurants just a few minutes from the hotel...
