Property information

Villa Sa Pruna, a spectacular place to live in the nature of Sardinia, is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees and beautiful olive trees, offers a pleasant stay in peace and tranquility, despite being only one km from the village of Oliena. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, well furnished and full of details, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. All is furnished in shabby style and hand-groomed details, which make the accommodation very comfortable and intimate. Guests will have access to the house and the surrounding land, where there are some kittens. To access the house will be required to sign the short lease as required by D.L. 50/2017 and Law n. 96/2017.

A perfect place to stay and discover Barbagia, its geographical position favors its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada. Distant a few kilometers from hiking trails and places of interest, such as the sources of Su Gologone in which in addition to visiting the park and the source you have the opportunity to do activities with kayaks, The Lanaitto Valley is just 15 km away where you can visit archaeological sites and the caves of Sa Oche, Su Ventu and Grotta Corbeddu, as well as countless hiking trails suitable for every person. In just 30 minutes you can reach the beach of Cala Gonone or all the other beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
