The villa is thoughtfully divided into three independent flats, each designed for the exclusive use of a single group of guests. The main flat is on the ground floor, while another is on the first. The third flat, accessible via a flight of steps from the garden or the private parking area, provides additional seclusion and charm. Each flat includes a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. A damage deposit of EUR 2500 is required for under 21 years old groups. Please note: Car essential but there is public transportation from Florence: Bus Stop Il Cipresso_V (50026 San Casciano in Val di Pesa) is 500 metres from the villa. Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., under penalty of a fine.
