Enchanting villa overlooking the Gulf, with direct access to a small beach used by residents of the area, well located along the Quartu coast, just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia. The villa consists of a fully air-conditioned first floor, where there is a large living area with kitchen and small terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom complete with all services. Also in the basement there is a large double bedroom, a camping cot and a high chair for eating are made available on request. The outdoor area enjoys a large garden overlooking the sea, a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, table and chairs for al fresco dining. The bus stop is 200 meters from the house, and a supermarket and other services are about 2 minutes away by car.
Hi everyone, I'm Giada, and it will be a pleasure for me to be available during your holiday.
Very close to the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, less than two minutes by car, there is a market, bar and restaurant, which can also be reached by bus, which stops about 200 meters from the villa.
