Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Villa Rosa by the Sea - Our exclusive villa is surrounded by greenery in a large naturalistic area. Directly on the sea, its location is ideal for those who want to enjoy privacy and tranquility just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent for families and groups but also for professionals who want to work remotely in the study area, or simply for couples looking for rest, surrounded by the colors of the bursting Sicilian nature and the perennial background of the sea. Photovoltaic and air conditioning complete the property, recently renovated. Located near the major local archaeological sites (Valle dei Templi and Selinunte) or pristine beaches such as Borgo Bonsignore and Torre Salsa, it is composed on the ground floor of a furnished and very bright kitchen which overlooks the large veranda overlooking the sea, large living room with study/reading corner, double bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there are the 2 double suites with private bathroom, veranda and two spectacular balconies immersed in the green of the pines and the blue sea, the third double bedroom, and the last bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom. The wonderful and large terrace with breathtaking views has an equipped kitchen offering a unique setting with a sitting area and 2 comfortable deckchairs.

The western coast of Sicily. Famous for the sulphurous waters of S. Calogero (open on weekends), for the numerous ceramic shops, the historic port, and the surrounding streets the panoramic Piazza Scandaliato located in the historic center. It appears like a small jewel nestled between the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and the Archaeological Park of Selinunte. There are also places that not everyone knows about but that, according to those who have had the pleasure of visiting them, are extraordinarily pleasant such as the Andromeda Theater of the visionary poet/shepherd Lorenzo Reina Unusual stops that cannot be missed in the travel diary of those who find themselves visiting Sciacca.
