Villa Shamsi, villa with private pool just 70 meters from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, the villa has 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 separate beds that can become a third double bedroom. 2 full bathrooms with showers, large living room and kitchen with seating for 6 people. outside veranda and outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, parking and garden, barbecue area, and aroma corner. the beach is just a few steps away and is sandy, ideal for children. possibility to request midweek cleaning and cook for cooking class Heated swimming pool available from 20 September 2023 Extra Service: from November to March cost 350 euros per week from April to October cost 200 euros per week Water temperature around 28 degrees the pool has a thermal cover sheet. The pool must be covered in the evening or in non-working periods use to allow the temperature to remain constant.
