Property information

Villa Sofia is a brand new building on the coast of the gods in Calabria, 2 minutes from the Paradiso del Sub beach and 10 minutes from the center of Tropea. The Villa has 3 bedrooms plus a Sofa Bed, for a total of 6 8 beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is private in the bedroom, living room with satellite TV and free wifi throughout the villa, all room have air conditioning. A covered veranda and a sun terrace overlooking the Aeolian Islands. It has a 200 sqm garden with relax area and barbecue area. A seasonal swimming pool with jacuzzi is located inside the residence. The villa has a private parking.
