Set on a hillside looking out over the sea, this stunning villa is an ideal holiday retreat for a family or group of friends. The house, which sleeps 8, is surrounded by well-kept, walled gardens, with a private pool. On one level, a raised ground floor, with 3 bedrooms and terraces overlooking the pool and gardens, it is full of light. There are cool, terracotta floors throughout. -The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) Euro 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. -Electricity has to be paid on the spot, on consumption, Euro 0,50 kw/h -Gas charges: to be paid at the property, as per usage at Euro 5.00 m3. - Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. - Tax Town to be paid on the spot: EUR 1,5 per pax per day - until 10 days - up to 12 years old are exempt
