CIN: IT068028C2V8PSYNAH Not the usual noisy and crowded building, but an apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house (with 2 apartments) with independent entrance, for 2-5 people (ideal 2-3), located in a pedestrian, central and quiet area, where birds that frequent the big magnolia chirp in spring and summer time. 100 meter walk and you're at the sparkling riviera of Pescara, offering many delicious local sea foods and entertainment. You can use any time you want the courtyard equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation. In the apartment you will find: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the bed room, a mobile fan, 2 TVs, one of which is a 50 inch, fast Wi-Fi Fiber. Bed/bath linen are also provided free of charge. Bikes are for rent. There are 2 free public car parkings starting from 30 meters away (this doesn't mean you have a reserved parking).
My name is Daniele, a helpful, sociable and positive man from Pescara. I do speak English, having lived 7 years in Sydney. I offer assistance before and H24 during the stay, as well as extra services (rental of bikes), transport to and from the airport and train/bus stations, etc.), in order to put the guest in the conditions to enjoy the best possible stay.
Within a few minute walk you will find: the main city square "Piazza Salotto", the riviera, the Sea Bridge, the Touristic Port, the famous sculpture "La Nave di Cascella", the streets with many shops Via Nicola Fabrizi, Corso Umberto, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and many more.
