Property for exclusive use Villa from the 1900s (250 sq mt) with private swimming pool, located in a quiet, hilly position, with a great view of the surrounding woods and countryside. It boasts a large garden and a furnished loggia for lunches. The private garden features a large lawn with gazebo equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The swimming pool is about 100 m away from the house, measuring 9 metres x 5/1.5-2.9 m depht), surrounded by a cotto paved area with sunbeds and a outdoor shower. There is a small outbuilding with a living area and one bathroom with shower next to the pool and close to the caretaker’s house. Parking within the property. The house has elegant, antique furniture. The raised ground floor (11 steps) features a large living room with TV and outdoor access, a small breakfast room, a double bedroom with panoramic windows, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and one single bedroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor with one single bedroom with bathroom with small bathtub. The lower floor (part of which is underground), with large windows which reach the pavement, has a large ancient kitchen with fireplace, a dining room, a washing room (with washing machine and dishwasher), one single bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with small bathtub. The villa has central heating and Wi-Fi. The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, water and gas (heating not included paid on the spot upon consumption EUR 1,90 per liter, electricity not included, paid upon consumption EUR 0,40 per KWh), baby bed and highchair. Upon request and to be paid for the property: extra linen changes, a cook, hired help and babysitter. Important information: Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. Access via 1.5 km of gravel road, not suitable for low cars. The caretaker, who takes care of the property maintenance, lives in a cottage near the pool and adjacent to the outbuilding.
