The “Passo dell'Arciprete” village is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery among olive trees, oleanders, bougainvillea and prickly pears, and offers a fantastic view of the sea and Vieste. We are about 2.0 km from the city center, very busy in the summer, and 900 m from the sea. The residential complex consists of single-family houses, semi-detached houses and terraced apartments with independent entrances in typical Mediterranean architecture, located without particular order on a panoramic hill and in perfect harmony with the well-kept and lush nature. At guests' disposal there is a harmoniously integrated swimming pool, beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per apartment (at a lido, indicated by us 2.0 km from the property), tennis court - soccer field, table tennis, playground, barbecue, sun terrace, WiFi, all included in the price of the apartment / villa. The price includes 1 pass for 1 car per apartment/villa, for free parking in Piazzale Europa in front of the partner beach, which is located 300 meters from the center of Vieste and can be used free of charge 24 hours a day.
