Ville d’Ogliastra 1 is the original residence, opened in 2018, and today it is the “twin” of the brand-new Ville d’Ogliastra 2 (2023). Over the years, we have refined every detail, putting more than 25 years of hospitality experience into creating a place designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Sardinian law requires the presence of a lifeguard in shared pools; therefore, children are only allowed under the direct and constant supervision of their parents. Getting around Sardinia We strongly recommend renting a car (or having your own) to explore the island. Public transport and taxis are not available outside the main cities (Cagliari, Sassari, Olbia).

The area of Cardedu is one of Sardinia’s best-kept secrets. Here you won’t find the chaos of the Costa Smeralda or crowded tourist resorts: Cardedu is different. Simple, authentic, and peaceful, it offers long stretches of unspoiled beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a landscape where nature still sets the rhythm. It is not a place with hundreds of clubs, shopping malls, or endless nightlife. Instead, you will discover quiet seaside bars, small family-run restaurants, and the feeling of being part of a genuine Sardinian community. If what you’re looking for are nightclubs, luxury boutiques or Michelin-starred restaurants, then Cardedu is not the right destination. But if you value space, silence, authenticity and the raw beauty of Sardinia—this is exactly where you want to be.
