This is a semi-detached house located in the pine forest of S. Pietro a Mare in the municipality of Valledoria. Just 200 meters from a long sandy beach with crystal clear sea and 1.5 km from the village center of Valledoria. Inside the pinewood you can find tranquility and a pleasant temperature even in the hottest weeks. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen area, two bedrooms with two double beds (one on the ground floor and the other in a loft area), two bathrooms, one with shower, porch where possible to dine and garden for moments of relaxation. Independent entry. Conditioned air. Television, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, iron with ironing board, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine (pods not included), kettle and clothesline. Private parking. For families with babies we provide the cradle. Cleaning included. Reception included in the price from 12:00 to 18:00.
Near the lodging, inside the pinewood there is a kiosk / bar and a pizzeria restaurant, the church. The beach is 200 meters away, but there is also an area equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and bars. In the village of Valledoria it is quiet and you can find shops, pizzerias and supermarkets.
