The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Situated in Capilungo, in the Posto Rosso area, just 50 meters from the sea, characterized by a low, easily accessible cliff where swimming is widely practiced, and a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and the paradisiacal ones in Gallipoli. The house consists of a living room equipped with a dining table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and freezer, an air-conditioned hallway serving the rooms, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms each with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower box, and a large covered veranda at the front with a sea view, where you can enjoy unique sunsets, have breakfast, or dine outdoors. The veranda is furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. At the back of the house, there is also a small outdoor area with a sink and an outdoor shower. Inside the house, nothing is left to chance, and everything is carefully designed down to the smallest detail.
