The cottage has two floors. The ground floor is accessed from two entrances: the first from a gate that gives onto a courtyard equipped with an outdoor dining area and shower, and then from the front door. On the second floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and an equipped, eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and one of them also has a bunk bed. Upstairs there is also a bathroom, recently renovated with a large shower stall. The location of the villetta is excellent: it is within a three-minute walk of three bathing establishments and restaurants and bars. The villetta faces a wooded area and is located in San Cataldo, which is the closest beach resort to Lecce. You can park outside the house for free.
