Villetta Giusi is a completely renovated accommodation situated in the seaside resort of Mondello, very close to the beach and the main square. The property is equipped with all the comforts to spend a holiday dedicated to the sea, relaxation, good food, sun and culture. The interior of the apartment is made up of a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom overlooking the small internal garden. The outdoor area, for the exclusive use of guests, has a practical shower and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. For your comfort, you will find everything you need for cooking, air conditioning, a washing machine, a smart TV, a microwave and free Wi-Fi.
Hello, I am Giovanna! I believe that the sea is one of the few places where you can stop, recharge and find yourself. That is why I decided to renovate this little house, to create a place near the sea where you can read a good book, take a long walk, without losing the opportunity to admire the beauty of the surroundings. I look forward to welcoming my guests to this oasis of peace, a stone's throw from the sea and very close to my beautiful city of Palerm.
Villetta Giusi is about 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Mondello, where you can find a wide range of services: restaurants, trattorias, bars, snack bars, solarium, pharmacy, church, bank, clothes shops, boat hire, several kiosks and well-equipped bathing establishments where you can also enjoy happy hour. 400 metres away is the Capo Gallo nature reserve, where you can take wonderful walks in contact with nature without losing sight of the sea. The apartment is 15 minutes from Palermo, a city with a fascinating history and culture, and it is possible to reach the city centre in a short time, as there is a bus stop 150 metres from the property. Villetta Giusi is twenty minutes from the Falcone and Borsellino airports. Nearby you will find the Ombelico del Mondo, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas for a day at the beach. Recommended minimarket Gianfranco Schillaci, Piazza Mondello, about 350 m, where you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation sipping a good wine. Prezzemolo & Vitale - Via Torre di Mondello, 2, about 200 m, a well-stocked supermarket for all your needs. Other interesting commercial services: Bar Renato, Bar Antico Chiosco, Trattoria da Pietro, Restaurant Simpaty, Billy's Food.
