We are inside the village of Kala e Moru on the beautiful Geremeas beach on the east coast that connects Cagliari to Villasimius, halfway between the two towns (15-20 kilometers from both). The villa is about 300 meters from the sea, it is on two levels, comfortably accommodates 5 people, and offers a relaxing and spacious terrace with a sea view and BBQ, as well as a private garden in front of a pine forest. Inside, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large and bright living room with a kitchenette. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by six steps. The villa has a convenient outdoor shower for returning from the sea as well as a washing machine. The peaceful environment is ideal for families or those seeking relaxation. Just 100 meters away, there is a bar for breakfast or an aperitif and a minimarket, and about 500 meters away there is a restaurant/pizzeria. The villa is located on a private road where you can park your car. Geremeas beach is never too crowded, and there is also a kiosk and a small beach establishment where you can book a beach chair, sun lounger, and umbrella and sink your feet into the sand to admire the always clear and turquoise sea. Within a few kilometers along the coast, there are numerous enchanting places to visit, including Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle, and the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
