The area is perhaps the most beautiful of Sicily. In addition to the sea you can visit many sites of archaeological and cultural interest. Guests will find detailed brochures of things to do and see with addresses and contact details of excursions and guided tours. The Trapani area is the ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful places of western Sicily. West of Palermo, the Tyrrhenian coast offers marine and natural scenery of exceptional charm and beauty: from the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and San Vito Lo Capo, the stacks of Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve. At the western north of Sicily is Trapani, charming "city between two seas" that surprises with its lively historic center, with its restaurants, boutiques, evening gatherings and tourists from all over the world. But the wonders also continue off of Trapani with the Egadi archipelago. Levanzo, Marettimo and Favignana in fact constitute the largest marine reserve in Europe.
