Property information

Villetta Moscal - Bella Vista is a particular and elegant apartment located in a splendid renovated courtyard in Affi. The apartment has a living room and kitchen, which open onto a private terrace furnished with table and chairs; 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with French bed and 1 bedroom with double bed (round), 1 bathroom with window and shower and bathtub. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool shared with guests. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning (for a fee). Pets are welcome (for a fee). Free public parking is available a few steps from the apartment. Winter heating at extra cost.

Neighbourhood information

Affi is considered the gateway to Lake Garda and Valpolicella for tourists coming from the North; hosts the Grand'Affi Shopping Center. Affi is today a modest urban and residential centre, it stands at the foot of Mount Moscal and is lapped by the Tasso stream, a tributary of the Adige. It is a town that has experienced great development, especially since the 1960s, when the Affi toll booth was opened on the Brenner motorway, which allows German and Northern European tourists to directly access Lake Garda .
