Villa Vele 2 is part of a complex of 12 terraced houses and is located just 500 meters from the beautiful equipped beach of Simius. Inside, it offers a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms ( 1 without bidet), and a livable veranda. The house also features an outdoor shower, a parking space, and a large garden with a green lawn. Air conditioning is available only in the living room.

Additionally, the port of Villasimius, 2 km away (about a 5-minute drive), is the starting point for boat excursions and visits to the surrounding islands. Thanks to its location, the house allows you to easily enjoy everything that Villasimius has to offer.
