Located in the beautiful resort of Capo Coda Cavallo, the flats enjoy a wonderful view of the two sides of Coda Cavallo: the island of Tavolara and the beach of la Cinta di San Teodoro. The flats are arranged on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor with a veranda. Given the location of the complex, a car is recommended. Studio apartment 2 beds: arranged on the ground floor, they consist of a large living room with kitchenette and double bed, bathroom with shower. Barbecue facilities are available on the covered veranda. They are equipped with: - Tv, - washing machine, - Wifi, - rooms with low beds and parking space, - air conditioning. Three-room 6-bed apartments: comprising a large living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, double bedroom, room with two lower beds, bathroom with shower. Flats made of granite, stone and ceilings with wooden beams, they are either on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor with a large covered veranda, always equipped with tables and chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the enchanting scenery. They are equipped with: - Tv, - oven, - washing machine, - Wifi, - rooms with low beds and parking space, - air conditioning Prices include: water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, first supply of towels and bed linen, final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the customer before check-out, and the rubbish, which must be disposed of in the special waste bins).
