Currently being installed is the hexagonal above-ground pool (3x3 -1.10 meters depth), equipped with sun loungers, 2 portable solar showers and trees for shade. Below the house level, it's possible to stroll among the olive trees and even cooling off in a river nearby (200 m). The property is accessible via a pedestrian gate. The car park is provided with automatic gate (remote control) and outdor video surveillance. The accommodation is of latest generation, providing underfloor heating and cooling system throughout the house. It consists of 2 apartments, completely renovated with modern finishes (photovoltaic/water systems were installed recently). On the gr. floor the 1st apartment (60 sq mt) opens onto a large living room with table and window overlooking the garden, sofa, 2 TVs, wood stove, well-equipped kitchen corner. From here, guests find a service bathroom and a double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower. With its independent entrance, the 1st floor apartment (60 sq mt) is accessible via an external staircase opening onto a large living room with sofas, sat TV and wooden table, well-equipped kitchen corner, spacious terrace with panoramic views of the countryside. From here, guests can access a double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single bed and additional folding bed, a service bathroom. Included: supply of towels and linen (changed weekly), utilities (but not floor heating), changing table, warmer. Important: charging for electric cars is available on request and costs EUR 30/day.
