Holiday apartment in a farm house right in the heart of Tuscany, amid the Casentino countryside’s greenery and organic farming fields – the ideal place for a quiet and restful holiday, with private: solarium, bbq and patio.
Hello i'm Veronica the house owner with my husband Sandro. We bought this property in 1999 and after a lot of works we renovate this property after from many years didn't lives nobody in this place. Will be a pleasure to meet you in our house for your unforgettable holidays in a special location with quiet and cordiality. You stay in contact with my sister Monica, that help me with guests from all the world. see you soon, Monica, Veronica and Sandro. When they need of course
Very lovely Valley with : nature, art, history, good food and very good prices. There is a private swimming pool some 4 km away. Alternatively, in only a few minutes you get to the river where you can also go for a swim. To the Adriatic sea cost it is a car drive of approximately 90 minutes, to the Thyrennic Sea it takes two hours by car. A lake, 1.5km from the town center of Pratovecchio, and the Arno River are also good swimming places. You can go on an excursion to the Poppi Zoo, the Pilgrimage Church of della Verna, the Holy Hermitage and Monastery of Camaldoli or to the Foreste Casentinesi natural reserve. To Florence it is a distance of a one hour car drive, to Arezzo it takes 40 minutes by car and to Siena it takes 90 minutes. In Arezzo you can take a fast train that takes you to Rome in only one hour five minutes, allowing you to go on a day trip.
