The room is located in a neoclassical apartment on the fourth floor and offers not only artists but also digital nomad couples and lone wolves a place to stimulate creativity inspired by the works of international artists. Minimal Industrial furnishings, 100 meters from the train station and 5 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia.

City centre, the neighborhood is 100 m from the train and bus station next to the beautiful Borgo Teresiano in perfect neoclassical style. It is equipped with all the basic necessities such as a large supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and many things to see while walking towards the heart of Trieste
