The Vista d’aMare guesthouse is located inside Villa Pietracci, a house surrounded by the greenery of Mount Serrone overlooking the Adriatic Sea with a wonderful view. You can spend your evenings on a terrace overlooking the sea and a small solarium will allow you to enjoy the sun and the sea from above in the garden. The free beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes via a private passage.
Villa Pietracci was born from the vision of Mr. Italico: 35 years ago he decided to build this house right up there where the sea and the sky touch each other before the eyes of the beholder. The love for the splendid panorama, for the surreal quiet, for the sound of the waves and nature, is what made us fall in love with this magical place to live it and share it with our guests. We are Sergio and Daniela and we live in this house that we decided to buy and renovate in 2018/2019. We are passionate about architecture and interior design for this reason we have decided to renovate this villa by personally creating some objects that we have placed in the house and in the rooms we rent. To give a touch of romance and hospitality, the entire villa is furnished in a Coastal style. If you love like us the sound of the sea, the song of cicadas, admire the sun rising on the horizon or the moon reflecting on the water, this is the right place for your relaxing days.
The nearby town of Pedaso can be reached, as well as by car, with a comfortable pedestrian and cycle path that runs along the seashore, called the Cantautori seafront. Pedaso is a seaside town surrounded by coves, cliffs and both sandy and pebble beaches. The town offers restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, chalets, supermarkets, various shops.
