Nuovo appartamento di 125 mq, diviso in due appartamenti di 60 mq con bagno cadauno. Completi di mobili nuovi. Ciascuno è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello, un grande soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale, cucina componibile con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e frigo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. Parcheggio privato gratuito, recintato, in totale sicurezza con accesso di un cancello elettrico e con le telecamere di sicurezza 24 ore al giorno.
Benvenuti; sono Ramona, la mia grande virtu' è l'ospitalità per gli ospiti. Unitamente a mio marito gestisco il ristorante Da Mare, specialità pesce e carne, situato in via Calata Cuneo 37. Sono onorata di ospitarvi a Imperia.
L'abitazione si trova vicino all'Ospedale di Imperia, a 1 km dal centro ed a 1,5 km dal mare, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, ed a 150 mt dalla pista ciclabile. Dalla pista ciclabile pianeggiante è possibile raggiungere tutti i comuni situati sul mare da Imperia Oneglia, a Imperia Porto Maurizio, San Lorenzo al Mare ed il porto, Porto di Santo Stefano al Mare, Arma di Taggia, Sanremo, Bordighera, Ventimiglia.
