This spacious 75 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor inside an elegant building in the heart of the small town of Cernobbio. The living room welcomes you with a sofa, a dining table for 4 and the modern kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals like at home. The master bedroom is furnished with a large closet for storage even for longer stays, and has private access to a master bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa and TV, for relaxing with a movie or book after a long day of sightseeing; the sofa can become a double bed for the night. From here there is access to the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs to enjoy the open air and the view of the green hills of Cernobbio. In addition, the apartment is also ideal for attending the many Fairs at Villa Erba (Orticolario, Proposte, Comocrea Textile Design Show) and reaching Switzerland in a few minutes. In a 1-minute walk you'll reach the historic center of Cernobbio, with its Riva, the famous Villa d'Este, bars and restaurants, and elegant stores. Have breakfast at the excellent Pasticceria Poletti, lunch at the famous Harry's Bar restaurant, eat fresh gelato at Sottozero.
