The apartment, of approx. 180sq.m (all on one floor), is located at the beginning of the Promenade du Port, Porto Cervo's famous promenade (old harbour side) in close proximity to the sea and Porto Cervo's finest restaurants and shops. Despite its incomparable location, the flat boasts great tranquility, as well as a private garden with shower, sunbathing area and direct access to the condominium swimming pool. It also has a parking space, a garage and a cellar. The apartment is entirely on one floor. The floor plan is shown in the pictures for a precise layout of the living spaces. Entering through the front door, one finds oneself in an open space consisting of a large kitchen, a comfortable living room and a central dining room, from which the bedrooms branch off in different directions. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom, while the bathroom of the third bedroom is located directly opposite. From the living room, there is direct access to the patio (through a sliding glass door) equipped with armchairs and a coffee table, as well as a large dining table. The patio grants access to a private back garden from which one may access the condominium pool. As for the appurtenances, the flat has a storage room, a cellar and a garage easily accessible from the main entrance via a flight of stairs. The parking space is located directly in front of the entrance to the condominium, as well as directly in front of the flat.
